Booth Personnel Badges - Save Time On-Site and Register in Advance!

Two Options are now available to access exhibitor registration:

Option 1 – Access the registration website and use your Exhibitor Registration Code
(best used when multiple booth personnel will be registering themselves)

Use your Exhibitor Registration Code to register your booth personnel, or give the code to your personnel with the following instructions:
Go to: On-Line Registration

  1. Click the Exhibitor Button
  2. Type in the first few letters of your company name and click NEXT
  3. Select Company Name from the list provided
  4. Enter Your Exhibitor Registration Code (Request from Show Management)

Option 2 – Access registration via the Exhibitor Console which utilizes a NEW single sign-on registration feature
(convenient for Booth Contacts/Administrators who plan to manage their booth personnel registrations)

Go to: Exhibitor Service Center of your GlassBuild America Exhibitor Console

  1. Login using your Company Password. (Request from Show Management)
  2. Click on the button labeled “Registration” which will link you directly to your company’s exhibitor account in the registration website
  3. Follow prompts to register your booth personnel

Helpful Information:
When you’re ready for your booth personnel to receive email confirmations click on “View Completed” at the top of the page. Then check off the “Send Confirmation” box for those who can be sent. Please note, confirmations will not be sent automatically when you finish entering a record.

- Use “Group Summary” to see the status of your booth personnel.
- Translate the registration process into the language of your choice by clicking on the Translate button to the right of the screen.
- Some information will “auto fill”, but can be changed for an individual’s badge. Please make sure individuals are registered at their own address if different than what has auto-filled.
- DO NOT register your customers by using this code!

Exhibitor VIP Badge Pick-Up

DEADLINE 8/25/2017, requests will not be accepted/processed after this date.
As a benefit of being an exhibitor of GlassBuild America, we have an easy exhibitor VIP badge pick-up process for any exhibiting company interested (note that badges will NOT be mailed in advance and must be picked up on-site). The pick-up process will group together all of your company’s badges and lanyards for one designated person to easily pick-up and have verified in the registration system. Exhibiting companies must fill out the request form in advance to set up this new free service.

Exhibitor VIP Badge Pick-Up will be located at the Georgia World Congress Center, Room B308/308 and open on:

Sunday, September 10 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Monday, September 11 9:00am – 4:00pm
Tuesday, September 12 7:30am – 4:00pm

Please designate just one staff person take responsibility for picking up all of company’s badges/lanyards to distribute to your booth personnel.

To take advantage of this easy pick-up process, you must fill out the Exhibitor VIP Badge Pick-Up Form and select a day to collect all your company badges. If you have any questions, please contact Show Management.

Update Your Online Description and Products

Visit this page to update your company profile. Help your customers and prospects find your company listing when searching by product category. Promote what’s new and any exclusive show specials being offered during GlassBuild America 2017.

Make sure your online booth information is accurate and up-to-date, as this information is promoted via:

Updates on Your company information can be viewed by attendees through the online Exhibit Floor and Exhibitor List as soon as you are confirmed.

Show App: Your products and information will filter to the Show App starting in August.

Show Catalog: Your company name, address and products will be published in the Show Catalog. Deadline to update for publication in the Show Catalog is July 7.

To Update Your Company Profile:

  1. Go to the Exhibitor Console
  2. Enter your company password (Forgot your Password? Follow the instructions to retrieve it via email.)
  3. Select “Edit Booth Info”
  4. Edit Exhibitor Information, Listing Information and Products to be used for publication
  5. Hit the green “SAVE” at the bottom of the page even if you have not changed any of the information (This alerts staff that you have reviewed your online profile and confirmed it is up-to-date)
